  • What kind of payment do you accept?
    Online we accept PayPal and Credit Cards. If you need to make other payment arrangements such as check, cash, or Payment plan- please email rivercityraqsfestival@gmail.com . We also offer payment plans!
  • I bought/won a pass and can not attend this year, can I use it next year?"
    Unfortunately, you can only use your pass for the year purchased. However, you can transfer your pass if you PURCHASED IT. If you "won" a pass (via a competition or other means) you may not transfer your pass. If you DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND for any cancelled RCR event due to the pandemic, you will be able to receive a full weekend pass. Please email me rivercityraqsfestival@gmail.com to redeem.
  • Is it better to buy a Day Pass or All Access Weekend Pass?
    An all Access Weekend Pass is always the best "bang for your buck". This way you receive the entire weekend experience and at a discount compared to buying workshops a-la-carte. You will have entry into all the workshops and general admission seating for shows.
  • If I buy a Day Pass, does it include my Show Ticket?
    YES! A day pass includes a general admission show ticket for the day that you attend workshops. If you are performing, you may not transfer your show ticket.
  • What if I arrive late to my workshop?
    We recommend that you arrive promptly (15 minutes in advance) to allow time for registration. If you arrive late, you may join the workshop, but will miss a lot of material and it is distracting/disruptful to the instructor and participants. In extreme circumstances, with prior approval, you may be able to exchange your workshop for another one. In these circumstances, please e-mail rivercityraqsfestival@gmail.com with any questions.
  • What will I learn in each workshop?
    Each workshop description can be found on the following page: https://www.rivercityraqs.com/schedule Unless otherwise noted, most workshops are open level and suited for dancers with beginner bellydance experience.
  • Are Workshop Passes refundable?
    No. You may only transfer workshops or passes to another participant. If you are transferring a pass or workshop please email rivercityraqsfestival@gmail.com
  • What is the difference between a Workshop and a Pass?
    A workshop is ONE class (typically 1.5 to 3 hours). A PASS gives you access to all of the workshops in that day or the entire weekend.
